Rooted in the ancient Chinese practice of Mei Rong—the art of nourishing beauty—Cosmetic Acupuncture works from the inside out to restore vitality, balance, and radiance to the skin. Fascial Release Technique (FRT)

FRT is a specialized hands-on method I developed to unlock long-held fascial patterns in the body. The fascia, often described as the body’s “living web” or “saran wrap,” is a connective tissue that envelops every muscle, organ, nerve, and vessel—providing both structure and communication throughout the body. It not only holds us together physically, but also plays a vital role in regulating our electromagnetic field.

When the body experiences injury, illness, chronic stress, or trauma, fascia responds by tightening to create stability and protection. Over time, this protective tension can solidify into adhesions, restricting movement, blocking communication, and locking the body into patterns of pain, imbalance, or emotional holding. Because fascia lacks an “off switch,” these patterns persist until they are consciously released.
